Language Testing International (LTI), a Samsung company since 1992, has been a leader in language proficiency testing for more than 120 languages in over 60 countries. We are an exclusive licensee of ACTFL. Founded in 1967, ACTFL is a leader in the development of proficiency-based testing and instruction, with more than 12,500 language educators and administrators as members. ACTFL members work together to strengthen and improve language instruction at all levels of education. To ensure the quality and validity of our tests, LTI only uses ACTFL certified raters and testers.
