Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Conditions for order exchange, cancellation and refund

Only applies to orders that have been successfully paid for, the customer has NOT received account information or the learning account has NOT been upgraded to the registered learning package. At this time, the customer can request to cancel the account and refund 100% or change to another product (if available).

2. Regulations on refund time
  • Refund time for customers will be calculated after 15 days from the date the refund decision is approved.
  • Refund method: Transfer the exact order amount to the account that the customer has successfully paid.
3. Refund process

To get a refund, customers need to follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact the Company via email address support@aikip.io or by phone 024 3933 3047 or 024 3933 3048 to notify refund.
  • Step 2: The Company's customer service department will review the refund request, refund conditions and respond to the customer within 5-7 days of receiving the information.
  • Step 3: The Company's customer service department will make a decision on refund or other recommendations, and the Customer will provide banking information for the Company to process the request.
  • Step 4: The company will process the refund. The expected refund completion time is within 7-10 days from the date the refund decision is approved.
