1. Purpose of application

This policy describes how AIKIP receives, aggregates, stores, uses and protects information of organizations and individuals who access and transact on AIKIP. When a Customer accesses or conducts a transaction on AIKIP, it is understood that the Customer has read, understood and agreed to comply with this policy, including any amended or supplemented versions of the policy.
2. Specific regulations
About information collection:
- When the Customer conducts a transaction and/or registers to open an account at AIKIP, depending on the time, the Customer must provide some necessary information for conducting the transaction and/or registering an account.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided by the Customer is complete and accurate and always updating the information to ensure completeness and accuracy. AIKIP is not responsible for resolving any disputes if the information provided by the Customer is inaccurate, outdated or falsified.
Regarding the storage and security of personal information:
- All Customer information, as well as information exchanged between the Customer and AIKIP, are stored and secured by AIKIP's system.
- AIKIP has appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access and use of Customer information. When collecting data, AIKIP stores and secures Customer information on the server system and this Customer information is secured by firewall systems, access control measures, and data encryption.
- AIKIP does not allow third parties to track or collect Customer information on AIKIP's component websites.
- Customers are absolutely not allowed to use any tools or programs to illegally interfere with the system or change the data structure of AIKIP, as well as any other actions to disseminate or promote activities with the purpose of interfering, sabotaging or infiltrating the data of the AIKIP system, as well as actions prohibited by Vietnamese law. In case We discover that You have intentionally forged, cheated, or disseminated illegal information, etc., We have the right to transfer Your personal information to competent authorities for handling in accordance with the law.
Regarding the use of Customer Information:
AIKIP has the right to use the information provided by Customers, including but not limited to Customer Information to:
- Provide services/utilities to Customers based on the needs and habits of Customers when accessing AIKIP.
- Send notifications, exchange information between Customers and AIKIP or vice versa.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activities, sabotage of Customer accounts or activities that forge Customer identities on AIKIP.
- Contact, support communication and resolve with Customers in special cases.
Regarding linking to other websites:
- Customers are responsible for protecting their account information and not providing any information related to their account and access password on AIKIP on other websites except when logging into the official AIKIP address at https://aikip.io
- AIKIP is not responsible for problems arising when Customers access AIKIP from websites other than the official AIKIP website.
Regarding sharing Customer Information:
AIKIP does not provide Customer information to any third party except in cases where it is required by competent State agencies, or as required by law, or when providing such information is necessary for AIKIP to provide services/utilities to Customers (for example: providing necessary delivery information to shipping partners, etc.).
In addition to the above cases, AIKIP will specifically notify the Customer when it must disclose Customer information to a third party. In this case, AIKIP commits to only disclose Customer information with the Customer's consent.
AIKIP may share Customer information for the following purposes:
- Market research and analysis reports: AIKIP may use Customer information for market research, synthesis, and analysis of general Customer information (e.g. average age, geographic area), detailed information will be hidden and used only for statistical purposes. In the event that AIKIP conducts a survey requiring Customer participation, any answers to surveys or opinion polls that the Customer provides to AIKIP will not be transferred to any third party.
- Exchange of Customer information with partners who have signed a customer care cooperation agreement with AIKIP: AIKIP may share Customer information with affiliated partners and domestic and international affiliated websites of AIKIP. This sharing helps AIKIP to provide Customers with information about products and services, related to goods, services and other issues that may be of interest to You. In the event that AIKIP's affiliated companies are granted access to Customer information, they will have to strictly comply with the regulations described in this Policy.
- Exchange of Customer Information with Third Parties Who Are AIKIP's Partners and Agents: AIKIP may transfer Customer Information to agents and subcontractors for data analysis, marketing and customer service support. AIKIP may also exchange Customer Information with third parties for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction purposes.
- Exchange of Customer information with advertising partners: The Customer behavior tracking system used by AIKIP on advertising display channels (such as Customer remarketing, DoubleClick advertising campaign management system, reporting on customer demographics and interests with Google Analytics tool...) can collect information such as age, gender, interests and number of interactions with the number of times the advertisement appears. With the advertising settings feature, Customers can choose to opt out of Google Analytics' customer behavior tracking feature and choose how the advertising display channel appears on Google.
Use of Cookies
AIKIP provides cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as: access history, Customer's choices when accessing and using AIKIP's features... to increase security experience and help AIKIP understand Customer's needs and preferences to be able to provide better services.
